Is there one national RTW fee in Germany?
Not in this district register. The sourced local fee statutes and provider tariffs show different RTW, NEF, physician, kilometre and dispatch components, so each figure is tied to a jurisdiction, effective date and primary source.
Why does the atlas use districts instead of federal states?
German EMS payment and procurement can be organised below Bundesland level. A Landkreis, independent city, special-purpose association or contracted rescue-service body can be the relevant market-access unit.
Does an RTW or NEF fee reimburse AIRCHILL separately?
No separate AIRCHILL payment is inferred from these service fees. The atlas distinguishes payment for the EMS episode from equipment procurement, fleet budgets and any future innovation or evidence funding.
