This page brings the main trust, compliance and evidence controls for MedicalCooling.com into one place. AIRCHILL is a development-stage medical-technology project: no CE mark, no FDA clearance, not for patient use, and no established AIRCHILL clinical outcome benefit is claimed.
Privacy
Optional analytics, marketing and external media are disabled by default in the active Site Agent consent runtime. Global Privacy Control is recognized for relevant marketing / sale-share opt-outs. The production browser audit checks that optional third-party requests do not occur before consent or after Reject.
Accessibility
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the engineering target. Automated Chromium + axe checks cover core pages, keyboard focus, reduced motion, image alternatives, contrast and consent controls. We do not represent that every legacy page or document is independently certified.
Regulatory status & claim governance
Product, mechanism, clinical-context, regulatory and market-access statements are intentionally separated. Planning assumptions are not presented as approvals, established efficacy, forecasts or guarantees. Regulatory classification and US pathway remain development workstreams.
Positive, testable development framing: editorial and agent-generated content should lead with the evidence already observed and the next study goal. Unresolved development questions are phrased prospectively — for example, “we plan to test and size the early-cooling effect” — rather than with discouraging shorthand such as “not shown” when the accurate status is “next clinical validation target.” The evidence boundary belongs in the same paragraph. Neutral and negative studies remain visible and are used to improve population, route, timing, dose, safety and endpoint design; animal and subgroup signals are never relabelled as established human efficacy. English is the scientific source of truth: substantive evidence, claim and study-goal changes are made on the English source pages first; localized pages should follow the versioned English source rather than develop an independent evidence narrative.
Evidence & data sources
Public pages distinguish established literature, AIRCHILL-specific evidence, derived values, transferred assumptions and explicit data gaps. Source registers and model assumptions are published where possible so readers can trace the basis of material statements.
Security & operational controls
- WordPress security and abuse-prevention controls are active.
- Production changes use a backup-and-rollback workflow; a complete UpdraftPlus backup includes database, plugins, themes and uploads.
- Transaction-sensitive investor documents are not published in the public data room.
- Automated production checks are designed to catch visible CSS leakage, consent regressions, accessibility failures and missing status disclosures before they are treated as release-ready.

Translation governance
MedicalCooling.com now uses a site-wide full-translation policy across all 17 active locales: English, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Danish, Swedish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic (Qatar). Every published source page is required to belong to a translation cluster and to receive all other active-language versions.
Translation freshness is governed by the live Site Agent source hash and version. A localized page is treated as current only after its actual translated title, excerpt and page content have been synchronized to the live source and invariant QA has passed. QA preserves URLs and links, study identifiers such as NCT numbers, FDA and other regulatory identifiers, numbers, units, dates, named standards, protocol codenames, dataset values and evidence strength. Translations must never strengthen medical, regulatory or efficacy claims.
Full-site buildout baseline — 8 September 2026: 78 source clusters, 17 active locales and a target of 1,326 published source/localized pages. At registration the site contained 206 published pages, leaving 1,120 localized pages to create or complete. Existing English pages normally remain the source; German-only EMS and country deep dives may retain German as their source. Newly published source pages automatically enter the same full-translation requirement.
AIRCHILL remains development-stage, without CE marking or FDA clearance and not for patient use. ATHLETE-AIRWAY is not part of the AIRCHILL study programme; the active airway programme is COLD-DOSE and AIRCHILL-FIRST.
