This page brings the main trust, compliance and evidence controls for MedicalCooling.com into one place. AIRCHILL is a development-stage medical-technology project: no CE mark, no FDA clearance, not for patient use, and no established AIRCHILL clinical outcome benefit is claimed.
Privacy
Optional analytics, marketing and external media are disabled by default in the active Site Agent consent runtime. Global Privacy Control is recognized for relevant marketing / sale-share opt-outs. The production browser audit checks that optional third-party requests do not occur before consent or after Reject.
Accessibility
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the engineering target. Automated Chromium + axe checks cover core pages, keyboard focus, reduced motion, image alternatives, contrast and consent controls. We do not represent that every legacy page or document is independently certified.
Regulatory status & claim governance
Product, mechanism, clinical-context, regulatory and market-access statements are intentionally separated. Planning assumptions are not presented as approvals, established efficacy, forecasts or guarantees. Regulatory classification and US pathway remain development workstreams.
Evidence & data sources
Public pages distinguish established literature, AIRCHILL-specific evidence, derived values, transferred assumptions and explicit data gaps. Source registers and model assumptions are published where possible so readers can trace the basis of material statements.
Security & operational controls
- WordPress security and abuse-prevention controls are active.
- Production changes use a backup-and-rollback workflow; a complete UpdraftPlus backup includes database, plugins, themes and uploads.
- Transaction-sensitive investor documents are not published in the public data room.
- Automated production checks are designed to catch visible CSS leakage, consent regressions, accessibility failures and missing status disclosures before they are treated as release-ready.
