Technology that is strictly necessary for security, site delivery and services you explicitly request may operate without optional consent where permitted by applicable law. Optional analytics, marketing and external-media functions are separated from necessary functions. ## Current production baseline As part of the compliance rollout, the known Jetpack Statistics, Blaze and WooCommerce Analytics modules have been disabled on Medical Cooling. Google-hosted web-font imports have been removed from the current core English content pages, and the Medical Cooling UI prototype on the homepage is no longer embedded automatically; it is opened only after a user follows the external link. ## Technical privacy audit — 15 August 2026 - Consent default: preferences, analytics, marketing and external media are disabled until the visitor makes an affirmative choice. - Output blocking: the Site Agent runtime classifies known analytics, marketing and external-media hosts and blocks optional scripts, tracking images and iframes at HTML output when the relevant category is not allowed. - GPC: Global Privacy Control is recognized and forces marketing / sale-share-eligible processing off. - Jetpack: the active module list contains no Statistics, Blaze or WooCommerce Analytics module. - Google Fonts: Elementor Google Fonts are disabled and remaining Google-hosted font imports are stripped from managed front-end content. - Browser verification: automated Chromium production checks on the core public pages observed no registered optional analytics, marketing or external-media network requests before consent or after Reject; the Reject choice persisted in the consent cookie. - Ongoing control: the browser audit remains a release gate and is scheduled to run repeatedly so future plugin, theme or tag-manager changes can be detected. It does not replace legal review or inspection of every possible third-party endpoint. ## Registered service inventory The table below is generated from the active Medical Cooling compliance registry so that declared services and purposes stay aligned with the runtime configuration. ## Categories - Necessary: security, site delivery, consent storage and services explicitly requested by the visitor. - Preferences: optional interface preferences. - Analytics: audience and usage measurement. Known Jetpack analytics modules are disabled by default and may only be enabled when the configured consent requirements are satisfied. - Marketing: advertising, attribution or cross-site measurement. Known Jetpack marketing modules are currently disabled. - External media: third-party video, maps, calendars or embedded tools. The main Medical Cooling prototype is currently click-through rather than automatically embedded. ## Consent runtime and Global Privacy Control The Site Agent Compliance runtime is active on Medical Cooling. It uses a conservative default in which optional analytics, marketing and external media remain blocked until allowed, provides Accept / Reject / Settings controls at the same decision level, supports later withdrawal, and recognizes Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out signal for marketing or sale/share-eligible processing where applicable.
